Guest Terms

Effective date: August 16, 2026 · Version 1.0

1. The restaurant provides the food service

The restaurant that publishes the menu and receives your order is the food seller and service provider. It is responsible for the menu, prices, availability, ingredients, allergens, preparation, kitchen decisions, fulfillment, pickup handoff, refunds, and customer support for the food or service. Contact restaurant staff directly about dietary or safety concerns before ordering.

2. Striq is software

TECHSTRIDE S.A. de C.V. (Striq) supplies software that can display a menu, send an order or pickup request to the restaurant, support table workflows, and deliver a receipt when configured. Striq is not the restaurant, does not prepare or deliver food, and cannot confirm that a menu item is safe or available.

3. Orders and payment

An order or pickup request is sent to the restaurant for handling. The restaurant may accept, change, decline, or be unable to fulfill it. Prices and availability shown in the service can change before confirmation. Guest food payments are not currently made through Striq; payment and refunds follow the restaurant’s own process.

4. Guest information and notes

You may use the service without creating a Striq account. Provide only information needed for the restaurant’s workflow and do not enter sensitive personal information in names, order notes, receipt fields, or support messages. For privacy details, see the Privacy Notice.

5. Acceptable use and availability

Use the service lawfully and do not interfere with it, submit malicious content, impersonate another person, or place orders you do not intend to make. The service may be unavailable or limited because of restaurant hours, connectivity, capacity, maintenance, or security controls.

6. Disclaimers and contact

To the extent permitted by law, Striq provides the software on an “as available” basis and does not guarantee restaurant fulfillment, food safety, allergen outcomes, payment outcomes, or uninterrupted availability. Questions about a food order should go to the restaurant first. Questions about the software or privacy can be sent to contact@striq.net.
